Life Changing Thoughts Series: Swami Vivekananda on Work Ethics

Indian philosopher monk Swami Vivekananda said,  A few heart-whole, sincere, and energetic men and women can do more in a year than a mob in a century. The quote guides us about what we can do. It is up to us whether to be a part of the first category of people or a mob. " Swami Vivekananda On Canvas " by bikashdas is licensed under CC BY 2.0 .

Life Changing Thoughts Series: Napoleon Hill on Ideal Start

The "Think and Grow Rich" writer has quoted the following amazing lines: Do not wait, the time will never be "just right." Start where you stand and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along. It pretty much applies to every aspect of our everyday lives. We wish to do something but keep waiting for the ideal time. It is like we keep saying that I will start a particular thing from that day or that moment.  So we must start with whatever we have, and along the path, things will begin to fall into place.

Book Summary: Unlimited Memory By Kevin Horsley

Unlimited Memory By Kevin Horsley In this article, I am going to write a summary of the book named "Unlimited Memory." It is a memory training book by Kevin Horsley. As his website states, he is a World Memory Championship medalist and a two-time World Record holder for The  Everest of memory tests. In one of the TEDx talks, he asks the audience to give him a silence of 20 seconds to remember a set of numbers and recalls it in sequential and reversed order.  The book talks about techniques to train your memory to remember and recall the information you have gathered. He asks us to believe that we have a great memory that can lead us to a great life. Now, let us move ahead with the action plan. Concentrate: we must concentrate on the task at hand. Create and connect: we have to create and connect informati...

India Tour of Australia 2020-21: Final Test (Preview)

As I begin to write the 4-match test series is at 1-1. So, tomorrow will be the day when the final test will begin. It is quite an evenly poised series. But if you ask me it was the Indian team who has shown resilience and fight with more courage and sound technique and skills.  The Series started with Ishant and Rohit's unavailability. Well and then Shami and Virat Kohli came back after the first test.  The first test match and 36 all-out. Can you imagine you get good balls and you nick them all? I mean it was more than Indian batsmen doing anything wrong but the movement of a ball and the usual superb bowling lines from Cummins and Hazelwood. Australian bowling attack is quite strong with 3 pacers and a Lyon. Now Virat and Shami are back. Shaw and Agarwal are struggling. Cummins is bowling superb lines to Pujara. Here comes the second test.  We are at MCG. Ajinkya Rahane as captain, adds Gill, Jadeja, Pant, and Siraj to the playing XI. Australian first innings get over ...
